Some OB-GYN visits exclude this part of the examination entirely.
This is not acceptable. Many people would like to avoid this rectal exam due to discomfort and fear but should not, as many polyps are discovered rectally and this small part of the exam could save your life.
詳しく内診する為には、肛門へも指を入れる場合が有ります。直腸へも指を奥まで入れて、ゆっくり引き抜きます。その時、直腸と膣の間の壁を触診します。ダグラス窩も診ます。
中々、肛門への診察は、抵抗が有りものですが、先程既に診ていますので、大丈夫でしょう。それでは、ゆっくり息をして下さい。
うん、上手く同時に入りましたね。
指の同時挿入の圧痛に、呻き声を上げるＪＫ。腰が上がり、膝と足首が激しく揺れます。
